Course in trampoline technique on a large trampoline

Experienced trainer. Practicing the correct technique for somersaults, flips, etc., which can be carried on to other sports such as Friski or just for fun.

Training venue: Oksenøya School Sports Hall, Forneburingen 430, 1364 Fornebu

Training time: Wednesdays 17:00-17:50

Start: week 3, 15 January 2025

Last training: week 19, 7 May 2025

Training fee: NOK 1,900 NOK 450 membership in STF (due to insurance rules)

No training when school is closed. Winter holiday week 8, 17.-21. February, Easter holiday week 16, 14.-21. April and if the school needs a gymnasium.
