Competitive offer for girls aged 10-25. Training takes place in Bærum Idrettspark, Hauger skole vei 36, 1351 RUD (just across the street from Rud Videregående).

The girls train according to Special Olympics regulations within RG. Turn elements, dance with apparatus (Ring, Rope, Clubs, Pennant, Ball).

Training offer:

Tuesdays 16:00-18:00 Thursdays 16:00-18:30 Fridays 16:00-19:00

Training offer in Rhythmic Gymnastics for girls aged 5-12 years.

The girls follow the Norwegian scheme for RG; body technique and apparatus technique and Special Olympics regulations, depending on functional level. Training takes place in Bærum Sports Park (BIP), Hauger skole vei 36, 1351 RUD.

Monday 17:00-19:00 Tuesdays 16:00-18:00 Thursdays 16:00-18:30
