Acrobatic Turn 1.-2. class

Parties for beginners and those who have taken part in Children's Turn and/or Acrobatic Turn before. Continuation of basic training in gymnastics and gymnastic elements with an emphasis on strength, mobility, somersaults, flip flops, pins, etc. Use of Airtrack or Airfloor.


Dress code: Loose training clothes such as shorts and a t-shirt. Gym socks or bare feet. Hair up (ponytail).

Party for those who have "a little" experience or want to learn elements such as jumps, somersaults, flick flak. Also suitable for beginners. For those who like to learn new "tricks" and have fun in training.

No training when school is closed. Winter holiday week 8, 17.-21. February, Easter holiday week 16, 14.-21. April and if the school needs a gymnasium.
